These are the dresses that I concocted for the 4th of July this year. They turned out really cute and I love the look of the ruffled flag.

I love it too. It's adorable. I hope your little one can wear it as a shirt next year too. It's too cute to not get more use out of. Or . . . keep adding another layer of ruffles each year until it's too tight for her body.
